What it is
The Vokera 5962 is a rear insulation panel that sits at the back of the combustion chamber. It shields the rear casing from sustained heat and helps maintain stable combustion chamber temperatures. It is used across a number of Vokera Mynute appliances.

- Visible cracking, crumbling or flaking of the insulation surface
- Discolouration or scorching indicating prolonged heat exposure
- Softening, swelling or dampness in the panel material
- Insulation debris collecting around the burner or chamber base
- Exposed metal at the rear of the combustion chamber where the panel has broken down
