What it is
The Ariston 571652-01 is an air pressure switch rated at 76 Pa, used in Ariston gas boilers. It monitors the pressure differential created by the fan to prove that air is flowing and combustion products are being cleared before the boiler fires. It is fitted across the Ariston Genus, DIA and Eurocombi ranges.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler locks out or fails to ignite while the fan runs
- Intermittent lockout, particularly in windy weather
- Fan runs continuously without the boiler firing
- Fault code indicating a fan, flue or air pressure fault
- Boiler will not restart after fan or flue work
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model and serial number against the fitment list
- Check the GC number where shown
- Verify the existing switch is rated at 76 Pa
- Inspect the fan, flue and pressure sensing tubes for blockages before replacing the switch
