What it is
The Ariston 570714 is a service kit for the main circuit flow switch used on Ariston DIA series gas boilers. The flow switch detects water movement through the main circuit and signals the boiler to permit ignition and burner operation. This kit provides the components required to service or restore that switching function.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler fails to fire or ignite when there is a demand for heat or hot water
- Domestic hot water runs cold or intermittently while the heating circuit works normally
- Boiler locks out or shows a fault shortly after a demand is made
- Pump runs but the burner does not light, indicating the flow switch is not signalling
- Repeated lockouts that clear after a reset but return on the next demand
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model matches one of the DIA 20 or DIA 24 MFFI or MI variants listed
- Check the appliance serial number where a from-serial-number fitment applies
- Verify the existing flow switch and its housing before ordering, as this is a service kit
- Check the boiler's installation and service documentation for the correct part reference
