What it is
The wet section assembly is the cast heat exchanger body used on Hamworthy Purwell Variheat floor standing boilers, through which the heating water passes and absorbs heat from the combustion process. It is supplied by Hamworthy as a complete 2 section casting assembly. This is the primary water-containing casting that the flue and burner components mount to.
