What it is
The Altecnic Dirtmag XL is a magnetic dirt separator for heating and cooling systems, supplied with a DN300 PN16 flanged connection and fitted insulation. It captures circulating debris from system water before it reaches boilers, pumps and heat emitters. This version is flange-mounted on larger bore pipework.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Radiators or emitters heating unevenly, or system flow noticeably reduced
