Altecnic Discal DN80 Flanged PN16 Dirt and Air Separator 546082

The Altecnic Discal is a combined dirt and air separator designed for heating and chilled water systems. It removes suspended particles and entrained air from the system water to help protect pumps, valves and heat emitters from sludge and corrosion-related circulation problems. This version is DN80 flanged with a PN16 connection rating and is supplied with insulation.

• Circulation problems or cold spots that persist after flushing, indicating continuing air entrainment or dirt build-up.
• Repeated air noises, gurgling or noisy pump operation despite correct system pressure.
• Sludge or black oxide debris found in filters, radiators or on magnetic capture points.
