What it is

The Hamworthy 530650242 is a right hand side panel forming part of the casing on Purewell short floor standing boilers. It is the outer right hand casing section, listed by the manufacturer as a short Purewell panel. The panel encloses and protects the right hand side of the appliance.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible corrosion, rust staining or perforation along the panel edges
  • Dents, buckling or distortion that prevents the panel sitting flush
  • Flaking or blistered paintwork exposing bare metal
  • Damaged or seized fixings and mounting points
  • Panel no longer seats correctly against the boiler casing

Before you order

  • Confirm your appliance model against the fit list above
  • Check that the right hand side is the panel required, not the left
  • Verify the part number 530650242 matches the panel being removed
  • Confirm whether your appliance takes the short Purewell panel variant
