What it is
The Vokera 5280 is a pilot burner assembly for Vokera gas boilers. It provides the standing pilot flame that lights the main burner on the Flowmatic, Excell, Maxin and Mynute appliance families. The assembly is supplied as a complete pilot burner unit.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The pilot flame will not stay lit after the button is released
- No pilot flame is visible at the burner when the ignition sequence runs
- The pilot flame is weak, yellow or lifting away from the burner
- The boiler repeatedly locks out or fails to reach the main burner
- Visible soot, corrosion or physical damage to the pilot burner assembly
