What it is

The MANIFOLD LH is a domestic hot water (DHW) manifold manufactured by Sime, moulded in Technyl. It forms part of the DHW circuit on Sime Ecomfort, Format, Metro and Dewy Zip boiler families, distributing flow through the left-hand side of the assembly. It is a serviceable component, replaced when the manifold body or its seals no longer hold pressure.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water weeping or visible traces of scale at the manifold body or its connections
  • Loss of DHW flow or intermittent hot water delivery
  • Cracking, discolouration or deformation of the Technyl body
  • Repeated scale-related blockages in the DHW circuit
