What it is

The Potterton screw bag for variable parts (CS13), part 5139946, is a fixings kit for the Potterton Commercial Nxr4I range of commercial boilers. It supplies the fasteners specified for the variable parts covered by this kit.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Fixings are corroded, seized or rounded and cannot be removed or tightened cleanly.
  • Fasteners are missing from a variable parts assembly after a service or strip-down.
  • Threads are stripped or cross-threaded, so a component cannot be secured correctly.
  • Reused fixings show stretching or deformation and will not hold torque.

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler is a Potterton Commercial Nxr4I model; fitment covers section counts from 8 to 14.
  • Check the fixings required against the variable parts being worked on to confirm the CS13 kit is the correct one.
  • Have the part number 5139946 to hand when ordering.
