What it is
The Altecnic 1 1/4 x 1 1/2F/F 3 bar Safety Relief Valve is a pressure relief device used on boiler applications within the Altecnic PRVs range. It discharges when system pressure reaches its 3 bar set point, protecting the appliance and connected pipework from over-pressure.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water passing continuously from the valve outlet when the system is at normal operating pressure
