The Potterton Complete Boiler Door is a full door assembly for Potterton Commercial boilers rated at 235 kW, 260 kW and 290 kW. It forms the access and sealing face on the front of the combustion chamber, allowing a heating engineer to inspect, clean and service the heat exchanger and burner assembly. The door is supplied as a complete unit for direct fitting to the boiler casing.

• Combustion door gasket or seal is perished, hardened or visibly damaged
• Door face is warped, distorted or corroded, preventing a clean seal against the boiler body
• Visible flue gas tracking or staining around the door edge during operation
• Hinges, fixings or latch points are seized, cracked or no longer hold the door closed correctly
• Door insulation or internal lining has broken down or detached

• Confirm the boiler model and rated output (235 kW, 260 kW or 290 kW) against the appliance data plate
• Check the existing door for damage to hinges, latch and sealing face before ordering a complete assembly
• Verify the appliance is isolated, cooled and safely depressurised before any door removal work
