The COMPLETE BOILER DOOR (MODEL 99 KW) is a Potterton Commercial part for the Arizona 99-930 boiler. It forms the front access door assembly for the combustion chamber and heat exchanger area, allowing a service engineer to open and reseal the boiler for inspection, cleaning and component access. This is the complete door assembly as supplied for the 99 kW model.

• The door will not seal correctly, leaving visible gaps at the combustion chamber face
• The door or its fixings are distorted, cracked or corroded
• Persistent flue gas leakage indications or combustion readings that cannot be corrected by adjustment
• The door cannot be opened or closed properly because of seized or damaged hinges or fastenings
• The door sealing face is damaged and the combustion readings cannot be stabilised after servicing

• Check the boiler model and rating on the appliance data plate to confirm the 99 kW version
• Confirm the existing door is the complete assembly and matches the fixings and hinge arrangement on the boiler
• Verify the appliance is the Potterton Commercial Arizona 99-930
• Isolate the gas and electrical supply and allow the boiler to cool before removing or refitting the door
