The Baxi 5121479 is a flow pipe assembly supplied as a spare for Baxi gas boilers and a number of compatible Potterton models. - Weeping or dripping from joints, unions or the pipe wall while the boiler is running

- Kettling, gurgling or restricted flow through the boiler's water circuit
- Discolouration or heat damage around the pipe where it meets adjacent components
