Valor Thermo Current Cable 5119813

The Valor 5119813 is a thermo current cable used on Valor gas boilers. It carries the flame sensing (ionisation) signal between the burner electrode and the boiler's control board, allowing the PCB to confirm that a flame is present and keep the gas valve open. It is supplied as a Valor Group spare part.

• The boiler lights and then locks out within a few seconds because no flame signal is detected.
• Repeated ignition attempts with the burner visibly alight but the control board not registering a flame.
• Intermittent lockouts that clear on reset and return once the boiler has run for a while.
• Visible heat damage, brittle or cracked insulation on the cable, particularly near the electrode end.
• Corroded, loose or discoloured spade terminals at either end of the lead.

• Confirm the boiler model against the manufacturer's parts list to verify that 5119813 is the correct lead.
