What it is
This is the O-ring that seals the venturi on the water valve of Main water heaters. It is a small sealing component that prevents water escaping at the venturi connection point on the water valve assembly. It is manufactured by Main for use in the Multipoint BF range.

- Water weeping or dripping from the venturi area of the water valve
- Visible cracking, flattening or hardening of the O-ring
- Scale or corrosion deposits around the venturi joint
- Water staining or dampness inside the appliance casing below the water valve
- Loss of sealing at the venturi connection after the joint has been disturbed
