What it is
A burner nozzle kit for Vaillant Ecocraft VKK series boilers, supplied as a set of two nozzles sized 6.9 for H-gas (G20). The nozzle meters and shapes the gas flow into the burner, so its bore size and condition directly affect combustion quality. It is a serviceable item used when commissioning, converting or recommissioning the appliance.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Combustion readings drifting outside the expected range for the appliance
- Yellow or lifting flame instead of a stable blue flame
- Soot deposits or discolouration around the burner
- Uneven flame pattern across the burner
- Rough running, poor ignition or flame instability after servicing
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model against the fit list above
- Check the appliance is set for H-gas (G20) and not another gas family
- Verify the existing nozzle marking matches the 6.9 size
- Note that the part is supplied as a kit of two nozzles
