What it is
The Buderus Rail L.H. Top is a left-hand top rail supplied for Buderus G515 and Ge515 appliances. It is 1960mm long and formed from 11 sections. The rail retains and locates the top of the boiler casing assembly on the left-hand side.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible corrosion, pitting or heavy surface rust along the rail
- Bending, buckling or distortion that prevents the casing from sitting true
- Cracks, splits or a rail that has broken away at one or more of its sections
- Casing panels that no longer align or secure correctly along the top left edge
- Fixing points that have worn, elongated or no longer hold the rail firmly
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model is a Buderus G515 or Ge515
- Check that the required rail is the left-hand top position and not another rail in the casing set
- Verify the existing rail length and section count against the 1960mm, 11-section format
- Inspect the adjacent casing panels and fixings for damage before fitting
