What it is
The ICI Caldaie 50000945 is an isolating valve with a 15mm compression connection. It is listed within the isolation valves category for ICI Caldaie gas boiler spares, and its function is to isolate a section of pipework so that water or gas can be shut off locally for service and maintenance work.
Before you order
- Confirm the pipework at the point of fit is 15mm and that a compression connection is what the installation requires.
- Check the valve type and orientation against the existing valve before ordering, as isolation valves are used in different positions within a system.
- Quote manufacturer part number 50000945 when checking the item against the appliance or system documentation.
- Isolate and depressurise the relevant circuit before removing or fitting any valve.
