What it is

The Vokera 4893 is a pilot injector manufactured by Vokera for use in its LPG-fuelled gas boilers. It meters the gas supply to the pilot burner, producing the small standing flame that lights the main burner. It is fitted across a number of Vokera combi, flowmatic and system appliances.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The pilot flame fails to light or will not stay alight.
  • The pilot flame is weak, yellow, or lifts away from the burner.
  • The boiler locks out repeatedly shortly after ignition.
  • Soot or discolouration is visible around the pilot assembly.
  • The injector is visibly blocked, corroded or damaged.
