What it is
The Vokera 4807 is a 1/8 inch BSP locknut used on a range of Vokera gas boilers. It secures and locks a threaded 1/8 inch BSP connection in position on the appliance. It is a small fastening component within the boiler's pipework and fittings assembly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The nut is corroded, rusted or visibly degraded
- Threads are stripped, cross-threaded or will not tighten
- The nut has seized on the thread and cannot be removed without damage
- A weep or leak is present at the joint the nut secures
- The nut has been lost or dropped during servicing
