What it is
The Myson 402A3410 is an air pressure switch assembly for Myson gas boilers. It monitors the pressure created by the combustion fan and proves airflow to the appliance's control sequence before the burner is allowed to fire. It is used across the Myson Apollo and Myson Orion boiler ranges.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The fan runs but the boiler does not fire and goes to lockout
- Repeated or intermittent lockout on start-up
- No ignition sequence despite the fan operating normally
- Boiler fails to prove airflow and shuts down during a demand for heat
