Ferroli Burner Head 39838140

The Ferroli burner head, part number 39838140, is the component that sits at the combustion end of the burner assembly on Ferroli Energy TOP series boilers. It shapes and stabilises the gas/air mixture as it leaves the burner, so the flame burns cleanly and evenly across its surface. It is used on both domestic and commercial models in the Energy TOP range.

• Flame burns unevenly, lifts off the burner surface or appears yellow and lazy rather than blue
• Soot deposits or blackening around the burner head and combustion chamber
• Visible cracking, distortion, corrosion or burn-through on the burner head surface
• Repeated ignition faults or flame failure lockouts traced to the burner
• Rising CO readings or a combustion analysis that cannot be brought back into specification

• Confirm your boiler model and product code against the fit list above, as several Energy TOP variants use different burner components
• Check the part number stamped or marked on the existing burner head matches 39838140
• Inspect the burner gasket and seals at the same time, as these are normally disturbed during replacement
• Confirm whether your appliance is a domestic Energy TOP W model or a commercial Energy TOP B model before ordering
