Ferroli Electrode - Ignition and Detection Kit 39830280

The Ferroli 39830280 is an ignition and detection electrode kit for Ferroli Energy TOP gas boilers. It provides the spark electrode that lights the burner and the detection electrode that proves flame presence to the control board. Both functions are supplied as a kit for the E80 and E125 appliance families.

• The boiler attempts to fire but there is no spark at the burner
• Repeated lockouts on start-up or during a demand for heat
• The burner lights but the boiler shuts down shortly after, indicating failed flame detection
• Intermittent ignition, with the boiler firing only on some attempts
• Visible cracking, heavy sooting, corrosion or damaged insulation on the electrode

• Confirm your appliance model against the fit list above, as several Energy TOP variants use different electrodes
• Check the electrode lead and plug connections at the control board before assuming the electrode is at fault
• Inspect the existing electrode for sooting, cracking or a distorted tip, and check the spark gap
