What it is
The GASKET - CONDENSATE TRAY is a sealing gasket manufactured by Ferroli, part number 39830210. It seals the joint at the condensate tray on Energy TOP commercial boiler units, preventing condensate from escaping the tray assembly and migrating into the appliance casing.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water or condensate escaping from the tray joint and collecting inside the boiler casing
- Visible staining or water tracking around the condensate tray sealing face
- The gasket is hardened, flattened, cracked or deformed
- Corrosion or scale build-up on the tray and gasket seating face
- Condensate dripping from the tray rather than discharging through the drain route
