The Ferroli complete burner assembly is the component that mixes gas with primary air and delivers a controlled flame into the combustion chamber of the boiler. It is supplied as a full burner unit rather than individual burner bars or injectors, so the whole assembly can be removed and replaced in one operation. This part is used across the Ferroli Divatech and Divatop gas boiler ranges.

• Flame lifts off the burner ports or burns with a noticeably yellow, lazy appearance instead of a crisp blue flame
• Sooting or blackening around the burner head or on the heat exchanger above it
• Delayed ignition, popping on light-up, or the boiler locking out repeatedly after ignition attempts
• Visible corrosion, cracking, distortion or blocked ports on the burner body
• Combustion readings outside the expected range that cannot be corrected by servicing or gas pressure adjustment

• This part is fitted to a gas appliance; installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
