What it is
The Ferroli 39810370 is an air vent separator used in Ferroli gas boilers. It removes entrained air from the heating circuit water, preventing air locks and the circulation problems that follow. It is fitted across the Econcept, Maxima and Optimax appliance families.

- Persistent gurgling, bubbling or rushing water noises from the boiler
- Repeated air locking of the boiler or heating circuit after bleeding
- Kettling or knocking sounds during heat-up
- Water weeping or dripping from the vent body or its connections
- Radiators that stay cold at the top or fail to heat evenly despite bleeding
