What it is
This is a Ferroli pump assembly for the central heating circuit, built around a Grundfos UPS15/60 circulator. It moves water around the heating system on Ferroli Arena and Maxima 35C boilers. The assembly supersedes earlier code 800164.

- Pump runs hot, hums loudly or emits grinding or rumbling noise
- Pump body leaking from the seal or gland area
- Boiler locking out or reporting a circulation or flow fault
- Pump head not turning when checked, indicating a seized rotor
