What it is
The Ferroli 39808560 is a flue temperature sensor (also listed as Sensor - Flue Temperature E101) used on a range of Ferroli gas boilers. It monitors flue gas temperature so the appliance control board can regulate combustion and shut the boiler down if flue temperatures rise beyond safe limits. It is a small electrical component that connects to the boiler's wiring harness and is mounted in the flue gas path.
