What it is
The Ferroli 39805630 is an air pressure switch used across a range of Ferroli gas boilers. It monitors the pressure differential created by the fan and proves airflow to the appliance's control sequence before ignition is permitted. It supersedes the earlier Ferroli code 805630.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler locks out or fails to fire, with the fan running but no ignition sequence
- Repeated lockout on start-up that clears intermittently
- Fan proving fault indicated by the boiler's fault code or diagnostic LED
- Boiler fires, then shuts down shortly after the fan starts
- Pressure switch tubing holds no switching action when the fan runs
