What it is
The Hamworthy 363310890 is a pilot burner assembly used on W200 MKIV gas boilers. It forms the ignition source that lights the main burner, providing the standing or intermittent pilot flame the boiler's controls monitor before allowing main gas to flow. It is supplied as a complete pilot burner assembly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The pilot fails to light, or lights and immediately goes out
- A weak, yellowing or unstable pilot flame rather than a steady blue flame
- Repeated boiler lockouts after the pilot has been established
- Soot or discolouration building up around the pilot burner head
- Visible heat damage, corrosion or blockage at the pilot burner or its injector
Before you order
- Check the boiler data badge to confirm the appliance is a W200 MKIV
- Confirm the existing pilot burner matches part number 363310890 before ordering
- Inspect the pilot injector and ignition components so any related faults are addressed at the same time
- Isolate the gas and power supply before any work on the pilot burner
