What it is

The Halstead 352600 is a small O-ring measuring 9.12mm x 3.53mm and referenced to the BS204 size. It is used as a sealing component within the water and heating circuits of Halstead gas boilers. The ring seats into a machined groove and compresses to form a watertight joint between mating parts.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water weeping or dripping from the joint the ring seals
  • Visible cracking, splitting or perishing of the rubber
  • The ring has flattened or lost its round cross-section and no longer seals
  • Scale, sludge or debris embedded in the ring surface
  • A joint that continues to leak after being stripped and reassembled
