What it is
The Ferroli 31211940 is an electrode bracket used in the Arena range of gas boilers. It holds and positions the ignition and sensing electrode assembly at the burner, so the spark gap and flame sensing position stay correct. It is a serviceable component within the boiler's ignition circuit.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler fails to ignite, with no spark at the electrode
- Repeated lockouts on start-up or during a demand for heat
- Visible cracking, distortion or heat damage to the bracket
- Corrosion or heavy discolouration where the bracket mounts
- Intermittent ignition that clears after the bracket is disturbed
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model against the fitment list above
- Check the GC number on the appliance data badge where applicable
- Inspect the electrode and bracket together, as damage to one often affects the other
- Verify the part number 31211940 before ordering
