What it is
The Altecnic 1/2F/F 7 bar Safety Relief Valve is a pressure relief valve that opens at a set pressure of 7 bar to discharge excess pressure from the system. It is used on boiler installations fitted with Altecnic pressure reducing valves. Its role is to protect the appliance and downstream components from over-pressurisation.
