What it is

The Ferroli 31135660 is a bottom panel forming part of the casing on a range of Ferroli gas boilers. It closes off the underside of the appliance, protecting internal components and completing the outer case. It is listed under casing spares for the Hawk, Optima and Xignal families.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible corrosion or rust-through on the panel surface
  • Rust staining or water marks on the panel indicating long-term moisture exposure
  • Dents, bends or distortion that stop the panel seating correctly
  • Panel no longer sits flush, leaving a gap in the boiler casing
  • Fixing points or edges corroded to the point where the panel cannot be secured

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model against the fitment list above
  • Check the model and GC number on the appliance rating plate
  • Compare the part number on the existing panel with 31135660
  • Inspect the retaining screws and fixings for reuse before fitting
