What it is

The END CONE is a Riello burner spare that forms the end of the burner blast tube assembly, shaping and directing combustion air at the flame. It is supplied as a Riello component for the RLS and RS series burners listed below. The cone is a serviceable part, so it is replaced when the existing cone becomes distorted, cracked or burnt away through heat exposure.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible distortion, cracking or burn-through of the cone body
  • Heavy scaling or oxidisation on the cone surface after service
  • Changed flame shape or flame impingement at the combustion head
  • Soot deposits or unstable combustion traced to the blast tube end
  • Repeated burner lockouts after the combustion head has been checked
