What it is

The Riello diffuser disc, part number 3012250, is a combustion head component used across Riello oil burner assemblies. It sits in the blast tube and shapes the airflow around the nozzle to stabilise the flame pattern. It is listed by Riello under burner spares for the Enne/emme and Gi/emme ranges.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Flame shape becomes unstable or visibly distorted at the combustion head
  • Soot deposits building up on the diffuser or blast tube
  • Combustion readings drifting out of the set range and difficult to correct by adjustment alone
  • Visible erosion, distortion or heat damage to the disc
  • Rough or pulsating firing on start-up

Before you order

  • Confirm the burner model and code against the fitment list above
  • Check the existing disc for damage before ordering, as combustion faults can originate elsewhere in the head assembly
  • Verify the part number 3012250 matches the number on the component being replaced
  • Fitment and combustion set-up should be carried out by a competent heating engineer
