What it is

A pack of five HT (high tension) leads manufactured by Riello for use on Gulliver oil burners. The leads carry the ignition voltage from the transformer to the electrode assembly. They are supplied as a five-piece set for burner service and repair work.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Burner fails to ignite or ignites intermittently despite a healthy transformer
  • Visible cracking, hardening or chafing on the lead insulation
  • Arcing or tracking marks at the lead ends or along the cable
  • Repeated lockouts that clear when the lead is moved or reseated
  • Carbon deposits or burning smell around the electrode connection
