What it is
The Riello 3007645 is a diffuser disc used in Riello Gulliver oil burner assemblies. It sits in the combustion head area of the burner, where it influences the way the air and oil spray are presented to the flame. It is listed by Riello under burner spares and applies to the Gulliver RG3 and RG4 burner families.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible distortion, cracking or erosion of the disc face
- Heavy soot or carbon build-up on the disc that will not clean off
- Unstable or pulsating flame that persists after cleaning and setting the combustion head
- Poor combustion readings that cannot be corrected by nozzle, pump pressure or air adjustment
- Soot deposits appearing in the boiler or flue shortly after servicing
Before you order
- Confirm the burner model and type code against the data plate on the appliance
- Compare the existing disc with the part number 3007645 before removal goes any further
- Check the combustion head assembly and nozzle for condition at the same time
- Have the burner commissioning readings checked after fitting by a competent oil engineer
