What it is

The motor socket is a Riello burner spare that forms the electrical connection between the burner motor and its wiring loom. It is supplied as a pack of five sockets. The part is used across the Riello Gulliver burner range.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Loose or intermittent fit on the motor terminal, causing the burner motor to cut in and out
  • Cracked, brittle or heat-damaged socket body
  • Corroded or discoloured terminals, producing a poor electrical contact
  • Burning smell or localised heat marking around the motor connection
