Riello Extended Electrodes 3006962

These are extended ignition electrodes manufactured by Riello for use in Riello oil burners. They form part of the burner's ignition assembly, carrying the high-tension supply from the transformer to the electrode tips at the burner head where the spark is struck. The extended design gives the additional reach required on the burner models listed below.

• The burner fails to ignite and goes to lockout despite oil being present at the nozzle
• A weak, intermittent or visibly erratic spark at the electrode tips
• Visible erosion, pitting or carbon build-up on the electrode tips
• Cracks, scorching or damage to the electrode insulation or ceramic
• Ignition becomes unreliable after servicing, pointing to disturbed or worn electrode geometry

• Confirm your burner model and code against the fitment list, as electrode lengths differ between burner variants
• Check the number of electrodes your burner requires
• Inspect the high-tension leads and transformer connections at the same time as the electrodes
• Verify the electrode tip gap and position against the burner manufacturer's setting data before fitting
