What it is

The Riello 3006918 is an oil pump supplied for Riello burner assemblies used on oil boilers. It moves and pressurises the oil feed to the burner nozzle so that combustion can be established and maintained. This pump is listed against the Riello R40 burner range.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The burner repeatedly locks out or fails to fire, with no oil reaching the nozzle.
  • Pump pressure cannot be set or held at the required level during commissioning.
  • Abnormal noise or vibration from the pump body while the burner is running.
  • Oil weeping from the pump shaft seal or body joints.
  • Unstable or smoky combustion that persists after nozzle, filter and electrode checks.
