What it is
The Riello air pressure switch 3006141 is a burner control component used across Riello R40 GS series appliances. It monitors the air supply to the burner and signals the control box, allowing the burner to proceed to ignition only when airflow is proven. It is supplied as a Riello burner spare.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The burner runs through pre-purge but fails to reach ignition and locks out.
- Repeated lockouts on start-up with the fan running normally.
- The burner starts intermittently, with lockout clearing on reset and returning later.
- No signal from the switch when airflow is present, so the control box never advances.
