What it is
The Riello 3006116 is a solenoid valve block used on Riello oil burners. It controls the flow of oil to the burner nozzle by opening and closing in response to the control signal. This part is listed against the Riello Press series of oil boilers and burner assemblies.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Burner fails to fire or drops out shortly after start-up
- Repeated lockouts with no steady flame established
- No oil delivered to the nozzle despite the pump running
- Valve fails to open or close cleanly, causing erratic burner operation
- Oil weeping or staining around the valve block body
