What it is
The Riello 3003997 is a solenoid valve block for Riello RL range oil burners. It forms part of the burner's oil control assembly, controlling fuel flow to the nozzle. This valve assembly is used across a number of Riello RL 70, RL 100 and RL 130 burner variants.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Burner fails to fire or locks out despite oil supply
- No fuel delivered to the nozzle when the burner runs
- Intermittent burner operation linked to valve function
- Fuel leakage around the valve block or solenoid area
- Valve does not open or close correctly during the burner cycle
