What it is
The Riello 3003992 is a diffuser disc for Riello oil-fired burners. It is listed within Riello burner spares and is fitted to the RL 70 burner range. The disc forms part of the burner's combustion head assembly, where it influences how air and fuel are presented at the flame.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible distortion or warping of the disc after prolonged heat exposure
- Cracking, pitting or erosion around the disc edge
- Heavy carbon or soot deposits that cannot be cleaned back to bare metal
- Unstable or pulsating flame at the burner head
- Repeated burner lockouts or poor combustion readings that persist after servicing
Before you order
- Confirm your burner model and code against the fitment list above
- Check the existing diffuser disc part number before removal where possible
- Inspect the surrounding combustion head components for wear while access is available
- If your burner code is not listed, check it against the manufacturer's parts list
