What it is

The Riello contactor 3003624 is an electrical switching component used in Riello burner assemblies. It switches the electrical load within the burner's control circuit, allowing the control box to energise and de-energise the fan motor and related components. It is supplied as a Riello burner spare part.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Burner fails to start, with the fan motor not running when the control box calls for it
  • Repeated lockouts or intermittent shutdowns during operation
  • Buzzing, chattering or clicking from the burner control area
  • Visible pitting, burning or discolouration on the contactor contacts
  • A burnt electrical smell around the burner casing

Before you order

  • Confirm your burner model and code against the fitment list above
  • Check the coil voltage and contact rating marked on the existing contactor match the replacement
  • Isolate the electrical supply to the burner before inspection or removal
  • Inspect the control box and wiring for damage that may have caused the contactor to fail
