What it is

The Navien 30030519B is a gas conversion kit that allows a Navien NCB300 series combi boiler to be changed over from natural gas (NG) to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). It is a manufacturer-supplied kit intended for use on the NCB300 combi appliance family. The kit provides the components required to set the appliance up for the alternative gas supply.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The boiler is being converted from a natural gas supply to an LPG supply.
  • The existing conversion components are missing, damaged or have been removed from the appliance.
  • Commissioning records or the appliance gas label show the boiler has not been set up for the gas type in use.
  • Combustion readings fall outside the range expected for the gas being supplied.

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model is an NCB300-37K or NCB300-41K combi.
  • Confirm the conversion required is from natural gas to LPG, not the reverse.
  • Check the appliance data plate and commissioning records for the gas type currently in use.
  • Conversion work must be carried out by a competent, appropriately registered engineer.
