What it is

A Riello washer, listed under part number 3002560 and supplied in a pack of 10 pieces. It is a sealing component used on Riello burner assemblies, where it seats at a joint or union to prevent fuel or fluid weeping. It is listed by the manufacturer under Riello burner spares.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Fuel weeping or a damp stain around a union or joint on the burner
  • A kerosene or oil smell near the burner casing with no other obvious source
  • The washer has hardened, flattened, cracked or deformed in service
  • A joint that will not seal after being nipped up, indicating the washer has taken a set
  • Visible damage to the washer face after the joint has been disturbed

Before you order

  • Check the burner model and code against the fit list above before ordering
  • Confirm the part number 3002560 matches the item you are removing
