What it is
The DHW outlet connection pipe is a Navien component used on LCB 700 Combi boilers. It forms the outlet connection on the domestic hot water side of the appliance, carrying heated water away from the heat exchanger towards the DHW circuit. It is listed for both internal and external LCB 700 Combi variants.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water weeping or dripping from the DHW outlet connection
- Visible corrosion, pitting or staining on the pipe
- Scale or debris build-up restricting flow at the connection
- Reduced hot water flow at the outlets served by this connection
- A joint that will not seal after re-making
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler is an LCB 700 Combi and note whether it is the internal or external variant
- Check the model and serial number against the fitment list above
- Inspect the existing connection and any seals or washers for reuse before fitting
- Verify the part number 30024567A matches the item you are replacing
